What can be the cause a severe pain in the left shoulder blade, throbbing through the left arm? ? - throbbing in left shoulder

For several weeks I've had this pain in the shoulder area of the left wall. Now it has lost progress in the left arm.

No past injury, has started to hurt when I have to bend my pocket one day.

I went to the doctor after 2 weeks, told me Naproxeno take aspirin to 2 + when needed.

Unfortunately, none of this has given me no pain!

What can both damage and do not respond to painkillers?
