Piperine Extract Is Plain Black Pepper A Significant Source Of Piperine?

Is plain black pepper a significant source of piperine? - piperine extract

I will continue my chrysin start taking testosterone, of course, because I want to build muscle. I read in a magazine that piperine, an extract of black pepper, increases the capacity of chrysin (http://www.health-n-energy.com/ARTICLES/chrysin.htm). I do not think of piperine, it is quite possible in the required quantities in the black pepper? or should not reasonably be extracted from black pepper to eat (I eat lots of chili)?
